Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Camp Hillcroft. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

​

Shipment processing time - Standard items.

​

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

​

Shipment processing time - Special Order items.

 

Special Order items are manufactured to order and subject to an 'Order Window'. This window will be open for 14 days at which time orders will be taken and processed. Following closure of the 'window', the special order items will be manufactured and deliveries will commence within 21 days of window closing.

​

Please note, you payment will be processed at the time of ordering but you should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your items.

​

Special Order items are otherwise subject to the same terms and conditions as Standard items.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

We ship domestically via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

​

Collect from Camp Hillcroft

 

If you prefer, you can pickup your order when it's ready from the office at Camp Hillcroft. We will email you with details when your order is ready to be collected.

​

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Camp Hillcroft ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

​

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Camp Hillcroft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Camp Hillcroft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
